    The receptionist is the first point of contact for most people and as such this is the first impression they will have of the business. The Receptionist is responsible for calls being answered in a timely manner and with a pleasant and helpful speaking voice, and to ensure that messages are taken down correctly and sent to the relevant person promptly. Everyone who comes through the door is to be greeted with a smile and taken care of quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities can also include general administration such as filing, data entry, website maintenance and so on.

    The primary objective of this position is to professionally and efficiently assist the Sales Consultants with their day-to-day workload ensuring that they are focused on ‘dollar productive’ activities. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with all administration and file management, organising material for open homes, booking market appraisals, photographers etc, co-ordinating with Office Manager to ensure website is precise etc. If your role requires you to do ‘Open Homes’ and quote vendor expectations around price, you will require a Certificate of Registration.

    This role is becoming more prominent and is usually the stage preceding someone becoming a sales executive. Working under an experienced agent, it is one step up from a Sales Assistant (as it is more autonomous) and will include keeping abreast of the local market, tracking expired listings, prospecting for listings, managing the sales process, managing buyers and often negotiating to point of sale. It will require a Certificate of Registration.

    The primary objectives of this position are to support all duties associated with the Property Management Department. Reporting to the Property Manager, key responsibilities include; conducting private inspections and open for inspection of properties currently available for lease, completing a condition report on all properties prior to a new tenancy, preparing lease packs for new tenants, managing keys and property access, taking enquiries from tenants and so on. This role will require a Certificate of Registration.

    This position is responsible for professional and efficient management of residential property held by the company (on behalf of a range of landlords). Your responsibilities will range from inspections, managing arrears (late rent) and keeping the property in good repair (i.e. undertaking ongoing maintenance and project managing refurbishment). It may also include actively sourcing and securing new business to grow the Property Management Department. This position requires a Certificate of Registration.

    The primary objectives of this position are to professionally and efficiently sell Residential Real Estate on behalf of vendors (property owners) for the business and to actively source and secure new listings for the Sales Department. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new business, market appraisals, listing and selling properties, open houses and negotiations. A Certificate of Registration is required.
