    We offer a tailored solution to clients who may need assistance with just one aspect of the recruitment process. This may include anything from taking a brief and compiling a thorough Job Description, to composing a compelling advertisement, managing the applications and preliminary assessment, or qualifying and interviewing on your behalf. Whatever your needs, we can offer a solution to suit.

    This is our most popular service as it provides a wider ‘catchment’ for talent. It is implemented when suitable candidates are thought to be readily available in the marketplace. Following one of our team taking a Brief on your vacancy, an advertisement is strategically written and placed on popular job-seeker websites. In this service we review all applicants, tele-screen, interview face-to-face and provide a short list of suitable candidates (from both the Advertised Search and our internal resources such as the database). Each candidate is presented through a comprehensive document outlining their experience, skills and suitability for the role. Thorough reference checking is also undertaken.

    This service is always the first step in each of the other recruitment services, but typically not exclusive. At sharonbennie we will only recommend someone from our database if they have been interviewed, assessed through suitable reference checks that are appropriate to the role. They will also be cross checked to ensure that they genuinely meet the positions specifications and are therefore worthy of us referring in to you.

    The most comprehensive service that we offer, this process involves seeking out talent from both within and external to the industry dependent upon the vacancy. This method is most commonly employed when searching for Executive and Management level or Sales Executives. It is also best used when the vacancy is confidential or requires discretion.

    As part of all our recruitment services, we are able to draft a Letter of Offer and negotiate at no extra charge. This document spells out the basic terms of the offer and means that your admin team don’t have to lift a finger to compile a contract until everything is finalised.

    As standard practice, comprehensive legislative testing is carried out for Property and Strata Managers in quiz format while they are in our offices. However in addition, the team at sharonbennie can arrange testing for Microsoft Office proficiency and speed. We also offer psychometric testing using the McQuig system. For a minimal cost, a full report can be provided to clients along with a guide on interview questions to ask for any particular candidate.

    We’re not just about finding talent, we’re also helping clients to retain talent and offer a number of services to assist. These include Induction planning, Review coaching and Exit Interviews.
