Our advance database search capabilities means that any role that comes up matching your skills, requirements and salary desires, will be emailed to you prior to it going live on employment websites.

    We are transparent on the companies that we are representing and will never put you forward for a position without your express permission (quite aside from ethics, it is a breach of the Privacy Act for a recruiter to forward your details on to a 3rd party without your knowledge)

    Due to our reputation and contacts in the market, our candidates are at the forefront of consideration with the country’s top players. We have access to market leading opportunities that aren’t always advertised.

    Daily, we proactively search all employment websites to identify additional opportunities on your behalf. This means that if you are travelling, or are too busy in your current position to keep track of media daily, you can rest assured that if there is a role advertised that suits you, you’ll know about it from us!

    A lot of complaints that we hear (from candidates who placed through other recruiters) is caused by what we call the ‘set and forget’ mentality. As we are interested in long term relationships and our reputation is reliant on successful placements, we have a solid Post Placement Quality Care programme. We call both you and our clients on the business day before you commence, during the first week of your employment and then at the end of your 1st, 2nd and 3rd months. We act as a business coach to ensure that the induction is smooth and of course we are available outside these times for additional advice and support that you may need.
