    To ensure that all candidates that we place in to a business have been the right fit, we commit ourselves to following them through to the successful completion of their probation period. We do this by calling both the candidate and our clients on the business day before they commence, during the first week of their employment and then at the end of their 1st, 2nd and 3rd months. We act as a business coach to ensure that the induction is smooth.

    Our team have a strict code of ethics. We don’t poach out of our clients businesses and our ‘never ever’ policy means that we will never approach a candidate that we have placed with a clients business for the lifetime that they are employed there. Furthermore, we meet with every candidate we put forward and will not hide poor references from our clients. We thrive on being transparent.

    All of our team have either worked in Real Estate or have recruited in the Real Estate industry for a number of years, and our Senior team all for 10+ years. In addition, as we all know, it’s not always what you know, but who you know. Our team have a well resourced network that is utilised daily for the benefit of our clients and our database of both passive and active candidates is perhaps the most powerful in the industry.
