Brief:

Following the acquisition of another business, Strata Choice gained a unique portfolio of Company Title schemes. They had attempted to locate a suitable candidate themselves, but the market was extremely short on good talent.

Outcome:

Within 6 months, the candidate that we had placed modernised the company title portfolio, where Strata Choice became the market leader in the area, and grew the portfolio by 20%. In addition they received six new business enquiries, which in itself was an achievement as Company Title clients generally do not move. Furthermore, despite a number of the companies being wedded to the previous Strata Company, not one client was lost over this period.
