Assistant Property Manager

• $65,000 Negotiable
• Located near Girraween
• Monday - Friday

Our Client:

Recently growing from 2 offices to 3, our client is Real Estate Agency of 40+ strong staff across Residential and Commercial who have an exemplary customer-service record and an excellent reputation in the market.

Duties:

Supporting a dedicated team of property managers, your day will be diverse and include:

• Drafting and posting advertisements for available rentals
• Liaising with tenants to arrange inspection times
• Support with assessing applications
• Chasing late rental payments (arrears) to 14 days
• Arranging trades and property access for repairs
• Enter bills, Council rates and Strata levies

Specific requirements:

• Office admin experience
• Possess a strong desire to work in Real Estate
• Ideally have or have commenced your Certificate of Registration
• Be comfortable in a multi-cultural environment
