THE ROLE
  
Embark on an exciting journey with this company as you build your name and reputation by carrying out the following:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in the local area, leveraging current listings and networking to generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain a database of contacts, staying in regular communication to nurture relationships and generate business opportunities.
  • Assess the value of properties and secure listings for sale, utilizing your market knowledge and negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
  • Work closely with the Team Administrator to develop and execute advertising and marketing strategies to promote listed properties effectively.
  • Schedule and conduct property inspections for potential buyers, providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process.
  • Lead negotiations on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
WHAT YOU NEED
  • Demonstrate the ability to list and sell a minimum of 2 properties per month
  • Possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and amenities.
  • Display a proactive approach to your work, with the drive and initiative to pursue leads and close deals independently.
  • Hold a current Certificate of Registration or License
